Your provided issue can be caused by many reasons. Please follow these methods to identify the reason and fix your  keyboard.

Method 1: Check Sticky Keys and Keyboard Settings

• Sticky Keys: Sometimes, accessibility settings like Sticky Keys can cause unusual keyboard behavior. Disable Sticky Keys:
  1. Press Windows + U to open Accessibility settings.
  2. Go to "Keyboard."
  3. Ensure that "Sticky Keys" is turned off.
• Filter Keys: Turn off Filter Keys, as it can cause keypress delays.

1. 1. In the same "Keyboard" settings, make sure "Filter Keys" is also turned off.

Method 2: Update or Reinstall Keyboard Drivers

• Update Drivers:
  1. Press Windows + X and select "Device Manager."
  2. Expand the "Keyboards" section.
  3. Right-click your keyboard device and select "Update driver."
  4. Choose "Search automatically for updated driver software."
• Reinstall Drivers:

1. 1. In the Device Manager, right-click your keyboard device and select "Uninstall device."
   2. Restart your laptop, and Windows will automatically reinstall the driver.

Method 3: Run Keyboard Troubleshooter

1. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot.

3. Click on "Keyboard" and run the troubleshooter.

Method 4: External Keyboard Test

Connect an external keyboard to your laptop and check if it works properly. If the external keyboard works fine, the issue might be with the built-in keyboard.
